考博英語(yǔ)書(shū)信作文如何寫(xiě)

一：仔細(xì)審題：

審題過(guò)程中不能放過(guò)任何細(xì)節(jié)。該篇文章要求是為了申請(qǐng)美國(guó)大學(xué)的博士學(xué)位，介紹下自己的研究項(xiàng)目。這種話題是比較常見(jiàn)的題目，一般來(lái)說(shuō)申請(qǐng)讀博的考生都有自己的研究項(xiàng)目，不至于沒(méi)有話寫(xiě)，但是要將句子寫(xiě)正確，不出錯(cuò)，也是體現(xiàn)考生的綜合的英語(yǔ)表達(dá)水平。在Direction后面幾個(gè)點(diǎn)也是要自己去閱讀的：

1.標(biāo)題已給，即“an introduction of your research plan”(你的科研計(jì)劃的介紹)

2.字?jǐn)?shù)要求 150個(gè)單詞

3.簽名用“Li Ming”，不能用自己的名字

4.不寫(xiě)地址

二：話題拓展，想好怎么寫(xiě)之后再下筆：

雖然說(shuō)研究計(jì)劃是比較好寫(xiě)的話題，但是我們并不是需要把研究計(jì)劃的各個(gè)方面都去仔細(xì)闡明，只需要簡(jiǎn)單闡明就行，因?yàn)樽謹(jǐn)?shù)是有限制的?？梢越榻B下自己的研究項(xiàng)目的名稱(chēng)，為什么選擇該研究項(xiàng)目，以及自己在博士期間如何研究該項(xiàng)目即可。

三：開(kāi)頭與結(jié)尾需要拉近與讀信者之間的關(guān)系:

畢竟是書(shū)信，開(kāi)頭需要有稱(chēng)呼，也要有對(duì)自己的介紹之后再切入主題。具體介紹完研究計(jì)劃之后，也要表明自己的意愿，即衷心希望能夠成為貴校的博士生開(kāi)展該項(xiàng)目。

四：注意格式(參照以下例文):

一般會(huì)包括稱(chēng)呼、正文、結(jié)尾語(yǔ)和署名。稱(chēng)呼是寫(xiě)信人對(duì)收信人的尊稱(chēng)語(yǔ)，從信紙的左邊頂格寫(xiě)，末尾用逗號(hào)。正文是一封信最重要的部分，位于稱(chēng)呼的下面一行。如果涉及的事物較多，可以分段敘述。信件的結(jié)尾語(yǔ)是在署名前再一次表示敬意和問(wèn)候，在正文下方的右下角開(kāi)始書(shū)寫(xiě)。署名位于結(jié)尾語(yǔ)的下方。

五：寫(xiě)完檢查:

1. 檢查語(yǔ)法，比如名詞單復(fù)數(shù)，時(shí)態(tài)語(yǔ)態(tài);是否有單詞拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤;同時(shí)也要注意標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)。

2. 檢查文章是否符合題干的要求。

An Introduction of My research Plan

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Li Ming. I got my doctor’s degree in education three years ago. I have made some achievements in my academic research. In recent years, My research interest has shifted from Chinese Students’ State of Mind in the Process of Job-seeking to American Students’ State of Mind in the Process of Job-seeking.
