中共中央辦公廳近日印發(fā)《中國共產(chǎn)黨組織處理規(guī)定(試行)》，并發(fā)出通知，要求各地區(qū)各部門認(rèn)真遵照?qǐng)?zhí)行。通知指出，組織處理是教育干部、管理干部的常用手段，是全面從嚴(yán)治黨的重要措施。
