【知識點】

今年9月10日是我國第35個教師節(jié)。黨的十八大以來，我國始終把教師隊伍建設(shè)擺在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位，并有針對性地出臺了一系列政策措施：

——建立健全了覆蓋大中小學(xué)師德建設(shè)的制度體系，構(gòu)建了教育、宣傳、考核、監(jiān)督、獎懲相結(jié)合的師德建設(shè)長效機制，使師德建設(shè)全面邁入制度化、規(guī)范化和法治化軌道。

——2012至2016年，中央財政累計投入經(jīng)費95億元，支持實施“國培計劃”——師范生項目、中西部項目和幼師國培項目等，共培訓(xùn)中小學(xué)幼兒園教師、校長、職業(yè)院校教師、高校青年教師等1008萬人次，有力地推動了教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展。

——2015年，國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)“鄉(xiāng)村教師支持計劃(2015—2020年)”的通知。提高鄉(xiāng)村教師生活待遇，統(tǒng)一城鄉(xiāng)教職工編制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，職稱(職務(wù))評聘向鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校傾斜。

——2015年8月的國務(wù)院常務(wù)會議決定，全面推行中小學(xué)教師職稱制度改革，原本分設(shè)的中學(xué)、小學(xué)教師職稱(職務(wù))系列統(tǒng)一了職稱等級和名稱，并設(shè)置正高級職稱，打破了中小學(xué)教師的職業(yè)“天花板”。

各級黨委和政府要從戰(zhàn)略高度來認(rèn)識教師工作的極端重要性，滿腔熱情關(guān)心教師，改善教師待遇，關(guān)心教師健康，維護教師權(quán)益，使教師成為最受社會尊重的職業(yè)。

Party committees and governments should recognize the crucial role of teaching from a strategic point. The authorities should offer support to teachers, raise their pay, care for their health and protect their interests, so as to make teaching the most respected job in the country.
