新時代的長征路 Long March of the new era

President Xi , who is general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has called on members of the CPC and officials to keep firmly in mind the Party's original aspiration, mission, nature and purpose, and progress along the Long March of the new era toward national rejuvenation.

2013年12月31日，在全國政協(xié)新年茶話會上，首次提到了“在改革開放新的長征路上，共同譜寫實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢的新篇章”。2016年9月23日，明確指明“新長征路”就是實現(xiàn)“兩個一百年”奮斗目標、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢的路。針對如何走好新長征路這一課題，提出了6個“必須”：必須堅定共產(chǎn)主義遠大理想和中國特色社會主義共同理想;必須堅定中國特色社會主義道路自信、理論自信、制度自信、文化自信;必須把人民放在心中較高位置，堅持一切為了人民、一切依靠人民;必須把握方向、統(tǒng)攬大局、統(tǒng)籌全局;必須建設(shè)同我國國際地位相稱、同安全和發(fā)展利益相適應(yīng)的鞏固國防和強大軍隊;必須加強黨的領(lǐng)導，堅持全面從嚴治黨。

前進道路上，我們要大力弘揚偉大長征精神，激勵和鼓舞全黨全軍全國各族人民特別是青年一代發(fā)憤圖強、奮發(fā)有為，繼續(xù)把革命前輩開創(chuàng)的偉大事業(yè)推向前進，在實現(xiàn)“兩個一百年”奮斗目標、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢新的長征路上續(xù)寫新的篇章、創(chuàng)造新的輝煌!

We should energetically foster and promote the great Long March spirit, encourage all members of the Party, the army, the ethnic groups nationwide, especially the younger generation, to work with stamina and diligence, carry on the great causes initiated by the revolutionary forefathers and continue to write the chapters of the glories we worked along the path of new Long March towards the "Two Centenary Goals" and Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.
