今年9月10日是我國第35個教師節(jié)。黨的十八大以來，我國始終把教師隊伍建設擺在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略地位，并有針對性地出臺了一系列政策措施：

——建立健全了覆蓋大中小學師德建設的制度體系，構建了教育、宣傳、考核、監(jiān)督、獎懲相結合的師德建設長效機制，使師德建設全面邁入制度化、規(guī)范化和法治化軌道。

——2012至2016年，中央財政累計投入經(jīng)費95億元，支持實施“國培計劃”——師范生項目、中西部項目和幼師國培項目等，共培訓中小學幼兒園教師、校長、職業(yè)院校教師、高校青年教師等1008萬人次，有力地推動了教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展。

——2015年，國務院辦公廳印發(fā)“鄉(xiāng)村教師支持計劃(2015—2020年)”的通知。提高鄉(xiāng)村教師生活待遇，統(tǒng)一城鄉(xiāng)教職工編制標準，職稱(職務)評聘向鄉(xiāng)村學校傾斜。

——2015年8月的國務院常務會議決定，全面推行中小學教師職稱制度改革，原本分設的中學、小學教師職稱(職務)系列統(tǒng)一了職稱等級和名稱，并設置正高級職稱，打破了中小學教師的職業(yè)“天花板”。
