本次小作文要求考生以研究生會的名義寫一封通知，通知的內(nèi)容是為全球一體化的國際會議招募志愿者，

而且還說明了這個通知必須包括申請者的基本職位要求及你認為相關的其他信息?！巴ㄖ边@一事務公文，目的在于督促或通知對方參加活動，具體來講，此次作文題目涉及招募志愿者。格式上，題目、正文以及署名是必不可少的部分。標題應放在首行正中央；正文應寫 1-3 段，5-7 句即可；落款寫在中間偏后位置，與正文之間不需空行；告示類中通知的日期應放在落款的下方。語言上，除了注意正確性外，還應在表達上直截了當，簡潔明了，可適當使用被動句表達。內(nèi)容上，題目要求寫招募職位，以及相關信息。關于職位，可寫涉及前臺接待、會場指引、乘車指引、英文翻譯等服務的崗位。此外，還可以對志愿者提出要求，志愿者應該工作認真負責、積極主動并具有團隊合作精神，另外還需要溝通能力強，具有較好的英語口語和聽力水平等。其他相關信息，可以提及會議時間、地點以及將怎樣安排志愿者等。
