F: Have you traveled very much?

M: Well, I’ve traveled round the world two or three times.

M: I’ve been to Germany. I’ve visited France, Spain, Italy and Australia.

F: Um... And why did you visit these countries? Was this just for holidays, or for work, or what?

M: 2

F: Have you ever worked abroad?

M: Yes, I have. I worked in Australia for 6 or 7 years. 3

F: When was that?

M: That was before I got married, in the 1960s.

F: How did you think about your job there?

M: I liked my job, because I earned much money.
