雙語新聞：誤把美元當(dāng)元,蘋果方面給開發(fā)者發(fā)7倍工資

Chinese developers that have worked on an iOS App development have received their payment this morning, and it's seven times higher than they expected.

負(fù)責(zé)iOS應(yīng)用程序開發(fā)的中國開發(fā)者今天上午收到了他們的工資，居然比預(yù)期的要高出7倍。

Apple seems to have made a huge mistake, according to several Chinese developers. As the developers said on Weibo, they got paid this morning, seven times more than they should have.

據(jù)幾位中國開發(fā)者稱，蘋果方面似乎犯了一個(gè)大錯(cuò)。正如這些開發(fā)者們在新浪微博上所說的，他們今天上午拿到的工資相當(dāng)于應(yīng)得報(bào)酬的7倍。

The reason for this is that, apparently, Apple has treated US dollars (USD) as renminbi (RMB).

原因很明顯，蘋果錯(cuò)把美元當(dāng)作人民幣發(fā)放了工資。

In the past, Apple used US dollars as a unit of measure when it settled for App developers and converted to RMB when it was settled for domestic developers. This means that all developers now have a full seven times in revenue.

過去，蘋果在與應(yīng)用程序開發(fā)者結(jié)算時(shí)使用美元作為計(jì)量單位，在與國內(nèi)開發(fā)商結(jié)算時(shí)需要將美元轉(zhuǎn)換為人民幣發(fā)放。這意味著此次蘋果給所有開發(fā)者發(fā)放的工資相當(dāng)于以前的7倍。

In response to this matter, Sina Digital also asked some familiar developers, and they said that they had not encountered this situation.

For Apple apps, developers can end up with 70%, while Apple accounts for 30%. It is reported that Apple will have a spending cycle for each developer, and developers usually receive software revenue from the previous month at the beginning of each month.
